Single-Wall Oil Water Separator – Typical Application Drawing
This single-walled oil-water separator is equipped with various fittings and custom sizes for different connections. These oil-water separators utilize coalescer plates to help separate the oily water into clean water that can be repurposed. Entering through the calming inlet allows for a consistent flow towards the coalescers, which collect and trap the oil, preventing it from passing through, while the smaller water molecules can pass through without issue, helping to clean and separate the water from any debris that may have entered the tank.
This tank is also fitted with H-20/HS-20 traffic-rated ring & covers – meaning a normal highway load could drive over our tank – that allows this typical application to be installed in a parking lot, heavy equipment clean off, or Places with leaking oil that needs to be collected before it causes harm to the environment around it.
FRP or Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics are 100% water-tight and corrosion-resistant, making it the perfect material when considering collecting these harm chemicals
